1. Who we are

Santor Events operates an online marketplace on which independent organizers sell tickets to their events. The organizer is responsible for the event; Santor Events provides the platform, collects payment and delivers the tickets.

2. Buying tickets

A ticket is a personal licence to attend one event date under the organizer's conditions. Tickets are held for you for the time shown during checkout; if payment is not completed in time they are released.

3. Prices and fees

Prices include VAT where applicable. A service fee may be shown separately before you pay. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds follow the event's refund policy. If an event is cancelled you are refunded the full price paid. A refunded or cancelled ticket stops working immediately.

5. Using your ticket

Each ticket's QR code can be used once per entry. Do not share photos of your QR code; anyone who scans it first can enter.

6. Resale and transfer

Tickets may only be transferred through the transfer function of your order page, where the organizer allows it.

7. Liability

We are not liable for the content, quality or safety of events, which are the organizer's responsibility, except where the law says otherwise.
